Article 88.2 was amended in the final code and refers to the most serious campaign finance violations included in Articles 19.8, 26.1 and 27.5. Article 88.1(5) was also adjusted and allows for revocation of registration by the CEC if the number of candidates in each of at least five district candidate lists of a party falls below two. This recommendation has therefore been followed.
