Article 48.10 provides that complaints against PEC decisions on voting day, as well as applications to declare voting results in electoral precincts invalid may be submitted to the relevant DEC at the latest by 18:00 on the day following election day. Considering the need to substantiate such applications properly and the formal requirements for legal representation, this deadline is short and should be reconsidered.
