Assets of political parties are regulated in Article 24 of the LPP and their financial sources in Article 25; more detailed rules on donations are contained in Articles 26 and on public funding in Articles 27f. The funding of electoral campaigns is mainly regulated in Articles 36 to 38 of the EC.
