(Call for new elections in case of violent acts or lost ballot papers)
If it results from the report of the polling station that the electoral operations were prevented by acts of violence or that ballot papers were totally or partially lost, the Captain Regents must call for new elections in the same polling station on the fifth following Sunday. In such cases, the operations of the Central Electoral Office referred to in Articles 39, 40, and 41 are deferred to the day after the new elections.
