Article 11 (like Article 4.1(3)) of the draft law, deals with “the accession of the Republic of Armenia to supranational international organisations”, while Article 205 of the Constitution uses the terms “questions of membership”. According to the Armenian authorities, the original text makes it clear that withdrawal from such organisations requires a referendum.
