The law, decree or rule referred to in Article 134 which governs the elections of the House of Representatives or of a Community or Regional Parliament, and which is promulgated less than one year before the scheduled end date of the legislature, comes into force not earlier than one year after its promulgation.

Transitional provision

This Article shall enter into force on the day of the first elections for the European Parliament following the publication of this Article in the Moniteur belge.
