(1) For the needs of the election campaign, the use of office premises, office equipment and official vehicles of the state organ shall be forbidden, except for the persons to whom the special provisions for protection of the individual refer to.
(2) Pressure and intimidation and attempted pressure and intimidation of voters or members of their families or their close persons is forbidden.
