Article 115
 

§ 1. There is a Parliament of the French Community and a Parliament of the Flemish Community, called the Flemish Parliament, whose composition and functioning are fixed by law, adopted by the majority provided for in Article 4, last paragraph.


There is a Parliament of the German-speaking Community whose composition and functioning are fixed by law.


§ 2. Without prejudice to Article 137, the regional bodies referred to in Article 39 shall comprise, for each region, a Parliament.
