(1) Electoral districts comprise (contain) of the polling stations within the municipal borders where the citizens exercise their right to vote.
(2) The out-of-country electoral district is comprised of polling stations, i.e. DCO, within the electoral district where the citizens exercise their voting right, in line with this Code.
