The Municipal Election Commission i.e. the Election Commission of the City of Skopje submits the confirmed lists of candidates for Members of the Council and the lists of candidates for Mayor submitted in the additional deadline of article 191-a of this law within one hour to the State Election Commission for additional determination of the order of candidates in the previously confirmed single list of candidates for the conduct of regular elections for Members of the Council and Mayor to be held on 24 March 2013, pursuant to this Code.
