Article 63
 

(1) The signatures of the voters in the nomination procedure shall be collected before officials from the State Election Commission on a template that shall contain the name and surname, the domicile and personal identification number of the candidates nominated, as well as the name and surname, and the personal identification number of the voter signing the nomination.
(2) Collecting signatures before the State Elections Commission shall commence at the 15th day from the day of calling the elections and shall last for 15 days.
(3) Each voter may give his/her signature for more than one candidate list for President of the Republic, candidates for Members of Parliament, Member of Council, and candidate for Mayor.
(4) Voters submitting the list are required to be eligible to vote and to have domicile within the area of the electoral district, the municipality, i.e. the City of Skopje.
