TRANSITIONAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS

The data in the Voter List “personal photo“ as part of the data contained in the Voter List of Article 45, paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) of this Code, shall be contained in the Voter List if the Rulebook for Methodology for Maintenance and Update of the Electoral Code based on checks and statistical analysis, cross checks of different data bases and archives, unlimited field checks and other adequate acknowledged methods of checks of Article 31, paragraph (2), item 28-g) and Article 79 of this Code shall establish that there are technical possibilities for entering this data into the Voter List.
