Contraventional liability

(1) Shall be considered violations of the present Code and shall be subjects to criminal liability, the facts referred to Art. 47-53 from Contraventional Code.

(2) Contraventions are ascertained and examined, according to the Contraventional Code. The chairpersons of election administration bodies and other officials are obliged to inform, no later than the second working day from the moment when was established, the ascertaining bodies, on facts that contain elements of an contravention on the organization of elections or #nancing of political parties and election campaigns, they have found about.
