It is striking that donations (by individuals) do not appear in the political party’s list of resources as provided for in Article 32 of the draft law, unlike the list included in Article 17 of Legislative Decree no. 2011-87, whereas other provisions of the draft law indicate that such donations are to be permitted within certain limits. For the sake of clarity and consistency, it is advisable to include contributions by individuals in Article 32 of the draft law as well.
