Article 33 of the draft law prohibits, as does Article 19 of Legislative Decree no. 2011-87, foreign funding, anonymous funding (“direct or indirect funding whose source cannot be proven”) and contributions by legal persons. This seems acceptable in principle, but these rules need to be examined more closely.
