The establishment and Management of Voter Registers General Directorate and Voter Registers Offices:

(Annex: 4th Article of Law 4381, on 31 July 1998.) the Head Public Prosecutor and administrative governors are responsible for reserving the sufficient positions in the justice halls and governing offices for the election directorate.
