(Amended on 13/3/2018 in accordance with the article 23 of Law 7102) The observers and candidates of political parties, along with the independent candidates and their observers may attend to observe ballot-box procedures. If the number of observers of independent candidates is more than three, the chairman of the Polling Station Committee draws a name amongst them. The first three observers whose names are drawn are left by the ballot-box whereas the others remain in the outside of the Polling Station periphery.
