Revoking the registration of the electoral list of a political party (alliance of political parties) or the candidate included in the electoral lists


1. The registration of the electoral list of a political party (alliance of political parties) shall be revoked by the decision of the Central Electoral Commission, where:


(1) an application for recusal has been submitted;
(2) the political party has been dissolved;
(3) the activities of the political party have been suspended or prohibited.
(4) the number of political parties included in the alliance of political parties has fallen below 2;
(5) the number of candidates in each of at least 5 district electoral lists presented by a political party (alliance of political parties) falls below 2.


2. The registration of the electoral list of a political party (alliance of political parties) shall be revoked by a judicial act in cases prescribed by part 8 of Article 19 or part 1 of Article 26 or part 5 of Article 27 of this Code.


3. The registration of a candidate included in the electoral lists of a political party (alliance of political parties) shall be revoked upon the decision of the Central Electoral Commission, where he or she has submitted an application for recusal.


4. The registration of a candidate included in the electoral lists of a political party, alliance of political parties shall be revoked by a judicial act in the case prescribed by part 8 of Article 19 or Article 27 of this Code.


In case the registration of a candidate included in the electoral lists is revoked, the candidate shall be removed from the national and district electoral lists as prescribed by the Central Electoral Commission.
