Additional provisions

1. All the norms in this Code concerning a political party, with the exception of norms in Articles 8, 26, 44, 81, 83, 84, 86, 88, 90, 92, 95, 97, 98, 129, 130, 132, 135, 139 and 141, shall be applicable also to an alliance of political parties.

2. All the norms in this Code concerning a candidate, with the exception of norms in Articles 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 33, 34, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 116, 117, 118, 119, 120, 121, 122, shall be applicable also to a candidate included in the electoral list of a political party running in elections.
