Definition of certain standards regulating the Georgian presidential elections of 2018

1. President of Georgia shall be elected for a term of 6 years in the next presidential elections of Georgia.

2. Regular elections of the President of Georgia shall be conducted on any Sunday in October of the calendar year when the term of office of the President of Georgia expires. The date of elections shall be fixed by the President of Georgia with the countersignature of the Prime Minister of Georgia, not later than 60 days before elections.

3. A candidate may not be withdrawn in the second round of the presidential elections.
