By-elections of the Parliament of Georgia in the period from the day of recognising the authority of parliament elected as a result of the next parliamentary elections to the day of calling the next parliamentary elections to be conducted under the proportional system shall be held in accordance with the version of this Law in effect before 21 July 2018.
