Plaintiff’s standing

Any person may file a petition for the legal protection of electoral rights when they consider themselves aggrieved, or on behalf of another person, provided that it is based on the violation of a fundamental right of a politico-electoral nature. When submitted by a third party, the ratification of the aggrieved party shall be required within three working days, on pain of closure of the case. For the purposes of the foregoing, the third party must provide an address where the aggrieved party can be notified.
