Franking privilege during election periods
During election campaign periods, electoral organizations shall enjoy franking privileges for all the services provided by public entities and enterprises responsible for communications and postal services. On polling day, individuals shall enjoy franking privileges for these services, to complain to the administrative, judicial and electoral authorities about any irregularity.
