Procedure for protection of the voters right to vote
(1) Any voter whose individual voting right has been violated at any stage of the electoral process may submit a complaint to the State Election Commission within 24 hours.
(2) Any voter whose individual voting right has been violated abroad, at any stage of the electoral process, may submit a complaint to the State Election Commission within 24 hours of the day of the violation, via electronic or express mail, and the time of filing the complaint shall be counted from the time of handing over the shipment.
(3) The first-instance authority shall pass a decision within 4 hours of the receipt of the complaint.
(4) The decision of the State Election Commission may be appealed to the Administrative Court within 24 hours of the receipt of the decision.
