Determination of the Presidential Elections

178.1. Excluding the cases of appointing elections within a manner defined in Article 179.2 of the Code, Presidential Elections shall be appoint to Wednesday of the second week of a month when President was elected in the voting during the Presidential Elections held seven years ago.

178.2. Election Day shall be set by a decision of the Central Election Commission.

178.3. The decision of the Central Election Commission on appointing elections should be published at the latest within 2 days.
