Definition of complaint


For the purposes of this Act, a complaint is a request for the review and annulment of a resolution of a rural municipality or city electoral committee or for the declaration of an act of the elections manager or a rural municipality or city electoral committee as unlawful, which is filed with the National Electoral Committee and is prepared according to the requirements of this Act, and an appeal filed with the Supreme Court pursuant to the procedure provided for in § 66of this Act against a resolution adopted or act made by the National Electoral Committee.
