Announcing Election Results
(1) The Central Election Commission shall announce the election result. The announcement of the election result has to include name, second and academic title of the Candidate who received a simple majority of the valid votes of qualified voters and was elected President, oral statement that regarding the election result the second round of the election, data on the name, second name and academic title of the Candidates who proceeded to the second round, the order of other Candidates stating the number of valid votes of qualified voters they received.
(2) After announcing the results of the election the Central Election Commission shall deliver one copy of the minutes of the election result with no undue delay to the chairman of the National Council of the Slovak Republic.
(3) The Central Election Commission shall submit the election documents into custody of the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic.
