Ballot comprising:

- voting instructions,

- serial number and the names of candidates in the order from the list of candidates in each list as well as serial numbers and names of candidates ,

- name, shortened name or abbreviation of the name and symbol of a political party at European level with which a political party linked to the extent that these data when submitting the list of candidates put forward by political parties.

      A voter shall vote by encircling the serial number of the list of candidates for whom to vote. If he would like to give an individual candidate from the list of preferential vote, circling the number in front of the name and surname of the candidate, which gives preferential vote.
