(1) Sticking and posting posters with advertising content for the election campaign (hereinafter: the posters) is allowed to poster areas designated by the local community. The local community must be free, without payment of municipal taxes, provide all the organizers of the election campaign equality in sticking and posting of posters at poster sites, whose number and total area must each election campaign organizer, allow at least basic information of voters in the local community on the list of candidates or candidate or on the referendum question.

(2) The local community can also specify additional poster sites that are the organizers of election campaigns is available only under certain conditions and for a fee.

(3) The local community must be no later than 60 days before the voting day in the election or 25 days before the day of voting in a referendum to make public the conditions for obtaining the right to use the poster sites in the first and second paragraphs of this article.

(4) To remove the posters, mounted or affixed in breach of the provisions of this Article, the responsible municipal department of the local community that the posters be removed at the expense of the organizers of the election campaign.
