(1) A fine of 800 to 3,000 euros shall be imposed on the organizer of the election campaign, which ends the election campaign 24 hours before the polling day (first paragraph of Article 2).

(2) A fine of EUR 300 to EUR 600 shall be imposed on the responsible person of the election campaign, an offense referred to in the preceding paragraph.

(3) A fine of EUR 250 to EUR 550 shall be imposed on a legal person, entrepreneur or individual self-employed person who commits an offense under the first paragraph of this article.

(4) A fine of EUR 150 to EUR 250 shall be imposed on the responsible person of a legal person, entrepreneur or individual self-employed person who commits an offense under the first paragraph of this article.

(5) A fine of EUR 150 to EUR 250 shall be imposed on an individual who commits an offense under the first paragraph of this article.
