Regular elections shall be conducted no earlier than two months and not later than fifteen days before the expiration of four years from the first session of the previous National Assembly. In case of extension of the mandate period, that period is counted from the date of expiry of the extended term.

Elections shall be held not later than two months after the dissolution of the National Assembly.

The term of the previous National Assembly shall end with the first meeting of the new National Assembly. For the first session of the new National Assembly shall be considered meeting at which it approved more than half of the deputies.
