Article 37
 

National Electoral Commission:



  1. ensure the legality of elections and the uniform application of the provisions of this Act relating to election procedures,

  2. coordinate the work of constituency electoral commissions and precinct election commissions and gives them mandatory instructions relating to the implementation of this Act and supervise their work,

  3. prescribe forms for the enforcement of this Act,

  4. determine the ballot, specially adapted for disabled people vote,

  5. prescribe the criteria and procedure for obtaining accreditation to observe the elections,

  6. establishes uniform standards for election materials, equipment of polling stations and determine other material conditions for carrying out elections;

  7. publishes the results of the elections to the National Assembly,

  8. issuing certificate of election, the certificate of appointment at a time when acting as deputy Prime Minister, Minister or Secretary of State and the certificate of appointment for the remainder of the term of the National Assembly,

  9. Notes, which are lists of candidates at the national level have received four or more percent of votes cast for all lists

  10. Notes, which candidates have been elected to which candidate from the first or second paragraph of Article 17 of this Act shall remain in office for the remaining term of the National Assembly and which candidate from the second paragraph of Article 14 of the Deputies Act (Official Gazette of RS, No. . 112/05 - official consolidated text, 109/08, 39/11 and 48/12) shall remain in office for the time acting as deputy Prime Minister, Minister or Secretary of State,

  11. worries for the voting at diplomatic and consular missions of the Republic of Slovenia,

13    leads and manages the collection of personal data of voters, it needs to carry out in the second paragraph of Article 79.a, second and third paragraphs of Article 81, second paragraph of Article 82 and Article 83 of this Law,



  1. performs other tasks stipulated by law.


The National Electoral Commission shall determine which election documents must be sent to the constituency electoral commission or the district electoral commission, in what time and in what manner.


National Electoral Commission may delegate to the Electoral Commission of special constituencies for the election of deputies of the national communities individual tasks within its competence.


The National Electoral Commission for the purposes of implementing 13 of the first paragraph of this article collects personal data of voters, namely: name and surname, birth data, personal identity number, the decision of the competent authority on the recognition of disability status, details of residence, email address, telephone number, information on the right to vote on election day, information about the constituency and the constituency as well as information on how the implementation of the right to vote. Personal data of voters, for the purposes of ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of establishing direct computer links obtained from the records of voting rights. Assuming and updating of personal data is carried out using a personal identification number or by using a surname and date of birth. Personal data will be kept until the final confirmation of mandates and the expiration date are deleted, except for personal data of people with disabilities,
