Voters that their support by signing the prescribed form. The form signed by the person before the competent authority, which keeps the voting rights, irrespective of their place of residence.

The authorities referred to in the preceding paragraph shall keep a separate record of the approved forms. This record is an official secret and the right to look into the only competent electoral commission or court. If given support in the manner described in the preceding paragraph, the applicant must list the candidates before the present to provide an enrollment record in support of approved forms.

Deputy to their support by signing the prescribed form, which shall be issued by the competent department of the National Assembly.

People who are between the expiry of the deadline set for the submission of lists of candidates, in hospitals, homes for the elderly, institutions for disabled persons and similar institutions and persons serving prison sentences, may their support expressed by their signature on the form certify separately this authority authorized person or legal entity.

Persons between the deadline for collecting signatures permanently or temporarily residing abroad, may their support expressed by their signature on the form certify official diplomatic and consular missions of the Republic of Slovenia abroad or a person designated by the authentication of voters the Ministry, responsible for foreign affairs.

Persons who are in the Republic of Slovenia with registered permanent or temporary residence, but due to illness or disability are unable to appear before the competent authority in person and they are not in institutions under the fourth paragraph of this Article, its support for a candidate or list of candidates put before an official of the competent authority, that such a person visits the home no later than six days before the deadline for the submission of lists of candidates.

The request for the issue of the form of the fourth and fifth paragraphs of this Article and requested a visit by officials from the sixth paragraph of this Article may be filed not later than fifteen days before the deadline for the submission of lists of candidates.
