The list of candidates shall be submitted to the constituency electoral commission. The proposal lists of candidates must contain the code of the electoral unit, the name of the applicant, the name of the list, the personal data of candidates - name, place of birth, level of education, academic title, academic title and the work it carries out, and place of residence and name, surname and permanent address of the representative list. Leaves must be accompanied by a written consent of the candidates to accept the candidacy, and this legal minimum number of voters' signatures on the prescribed forms.

The proposal leaves must be accompanied by the allocation of candidates to the lists of candidates in electoral districts.

List of candidates submitted by a political party must be attached to the minutes establishing the list of candidates and political party rules, which relate to the determination of candidates for election to the National Assembly.
