If the constituency electoral commission finds that the list of candidates is not determined in accordance with this Act, it shall be rejected.

If the constituency electoral commission finds formal deficiencies list of candidates requires the applicant immediately to them in three days eliminated. If the formal deficiencies are not corrected in time, the Electoral Commission a list of candidates rejected.

In the cases referred to in the preceding two paragraphs Electoral Commission a list of candidates rejected in its entirety or only in respect of individual candidates.
