Lists of approved lists of candidates and lists of candidates to the vote in individual electoral districts shall be published in the media or in any other manner determined by the Central Election Commission, taking into account the principle of the widest possible awareness of voters and the principle of economy, not later than fifteen days before the voting day. The publication concerns the Central Election Commission.
