Voters who are absent on the day of voting, they can vote before that date, but no earlier than five days before voting day, not later than two days before the voting day. Voting takes place at a special polling station at the headquarters of the district electoral commission.

Vote water electoral committee, the district electoral commission shall be appointed in the manner prescribed in Article 41 of this Law.

After completion time of each early voting, the ballot boxes and other electoral material to be sealed; unseal it at each early voting and below before proceeding to the vote. The National Electoral Commission to establish uniform standards of protection of ballot boxes and other voting materials in time of early voting to determining the outcome of the vote.
