Article 71
 

A voter shall vote in person at the polling station at which he is registered on the electoral roll.


Voters give their first name and birth name, if necessary, their place of residence.


President or member of the Election Committee shall establish the identity of the voter identity document or in any other way. It can be identified on the basis of any identity document showing the voter's personal information.


Then the President or a member of the electoral committee encircling the serial number before the name of the voter in the electoral roll, a voter could be signed in the specified place in the electoral roll. President or member of the electoral committee checks whether the voter sign the right place and he handed a ballot. Voter is handed a ballot if you are unable or unwilling to sign. If you are unable to sign due to physical infirmity or other reason, or if it refuses to sign, the electoral committee specifically designated in the electoral roll. President or member of the electoral committee at the voter's request to clarify the technical aspects of the vote.


If someone mistakenly not been entered on the electoral roll, voting on the basis of a certificate by the competent authority, that is registered as a voter for the area of ​​the polling station at which he wishes to vote. This is recorded in the minutes; the certificate shall be attached to the minutes.
