Article 87
 

District electoral commission shall determine the area of ​​the electoral district, the number of voters registered on the electoral roll, how many of them at the polling stations to vote for the electoral register and how many of them voted to confirm how many voted by mail, how many ballots were invalid, and the number of votes individual candidates and how many votes each list of candidates.


Electoral Commission in determining the outcome of the vote by mail ballot into account, received by mail to the district electoral commission by 19 pm on the day of voting, ballots that arrived by mail from the Republic of Slovenia until 12 am on the day after polling day and the ballot, which arrived by post from abroad to 12pm eighth day after the day of voting.


Envelopes with the ballot papers which arrived by post to the competent electoral commission by 19 pm on the day of voting, should have the postmark with the date and envelopes must be attached documents showing that the ballot was delivered to the post office before 19 pm on the day of voting.
