The constituency electoral commission is determined for each list of candidates, the number of votes given to individual candidates from the list of the electoral districts and the proportion of votes each of the candidates in the total number of votes cast in the constituency and the total number of votes that were cast for the list in the constituency .

If the individual candidate from the list of candidates to vote in two constituencies, the constituency electoral commission finds such proportion of votes a candidate in the total number of votes cast in the electoral districts.

The electoral commission determines the total number of votes cast for all lists of candidates in the constituency.
