The list of candidates is elected as many candidates as the number of mandates won sheet.
The list of candidates shall be elected in the order obtained by the proportion of votes in the total number of votes in the constituency and the total number of votes in two electoral districts.
If two candidates received an equal share of votes, the election shall be decided by drawing lots.
