The electoral commission special constituencies for the election of deputies of the Italian and Hungarian national communities determine the number of voters registered on the electoral roll, how many of them voted, how many voted by mail, how many ballots were invalid and order of priority candidates.

The order of priority candidates are scored. For each first place is granted to the candidate as many points as candidates on the ballot. For each successive place a point less. Points obtained in the individual candidates, are added together.
