Against the decision of the Electoral Commission, rejecting the list of candidates against the decision of the Election Commission in the second paragraph of Article 103 of this Act and against the decision of the National e Electoral Commission in the preceding Article may be appealed to the court with jurisdiction for administrative disputes, within 48 hours after receipt of the decision.

The court must decide on the appeal within 48 hours following receipt of the complaint.

The Court shall decide in panel of three judges.
