Against the decision of the Electoral Commission, which may affect the confirmation of the election of deputies, and against the decision of the National Electoral Commission in the fourth paragraph of Article 17 of this Act, every candidate and representative of a list of candidates the right to appeal to the National Assembly. An appeal against the decision of the Electoral Commission, which may affect the confirmation of mandates, may be filed no later than the meeting Credentials and Privileges Commission of the National Assembly, where this deal a report on the outcome of the elections to the National Assembly, the complaint relating to subsequent or repeat elections, but no later than 15 days from the date of the election. An appeal against the decision of the National Electoral Commission in the fourth paragraph of Article 17 of this Law may be filed no later than the meeting Credentials and Privileges Commission of the National Assembly, where this deal decision of appointment as Member for the remainder of the term of the National Assembly or decision of appointment as Member of time performs the function of Deputy Prime Minister, Minister or Secretary of State. The National Assembly shall decide on the appeal by approving the mandates.
The appeal referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be made in writing. It must contain the name and address of the applicant, stating that he is entitled to file an appeal, a decision the Electoral Commission, which is challenged, the name of the Member to whom the decision of the Electoral Commission concerns and the reasons and possible evidence.
