The paid forms on the Bulgarian National Television and the Bulgarian National Radio and their regional centres shall be paid for by the parties, coalitions and nomination committees according to a tariff approved by the Council of Ministers at least 40 days prior to election day, which shall be immediately submitted to the Bulgarian National Audit Office and the Central Election Commission. The payment shall be made before the broadcast of the election programme.
