Taking Delivery of Electoral Papers and Materials

The chairperson and the secretary of the  section election commission abroad shall take delivery of the electoral papers and materials referred to under Art. 215, Para. 1, including the list for voting abroad under Art. 31, Para 1, from the Head of the Bulgarian diplomatic mission or consular representation or from an officer authorized thereby.
