Electoral System
(1) A President and Vice President of the Republic shall be elected simultaneously according to a majoritarian electoral system from registered national candidate lists of:
1. Political parties and coalitions;
2. Nomination committees.
(2)The President and the Vice President shall be elected from the same candidate list.
