Right of Vote
(1) Each voter is entitled to one vote for a Mayor of a Municipality and to one vote for a candidate list for Municipal councillors.
(2) In cities subdivided into boroughs, each voter is entitled to one vote for a borough mayor as |well.
(3) Each voter is entitled to one vote for a mayoralty Mayor in a mayoralty if such elections are
conducted.
