(1) As soon as possible and not later than immediately after the closing date for handing in announcements of candidature shall the National Social Appeals Board examine the validity of the duly received forms. If the the National Social Appeals Board finds that a form should be declared invalid on account of material deficiencies, the National Social Appeals Board shall inform the candidate or contact person stated in the form accordingly without delay. Not later than 12 hours subsequent to due notification may a new registration form be submitted in respect of the candidate or the deficiencies be remedied. The National Social Appeals Board shall then decide on the validity of the announcement form. The decision shall be communicated to the candidate in writing.
