(1) In case of standing in parallel more than one candidate shall stand for the party in the nomination district.

(2) The candidates shall be listed in alphabetical order on the ballot paper, cf. however subsection (3). After the candidates of the nomination district, any other candidates in the multimember constituency shall be listed in alphabetical order, cf. however subsection (3).

(3) A party which has chosen candidatures in parallel in one or more nomination districts may announce that the candidates in the multimember constituency are listed in the party’s order of priority on the ballot paper (prioritised parallel standing), cf. section 41(2). However, the candidates of the nomination district shall be listed before any other candidates in the multimember constituency.

(4) In case of standing in parallel the party votes in the nomination district are distributed among the party candidates in the nomination district by their personal number of votes in the nomination district, cf. section 73(5). However, a party whose candidates in the multimember constituency are listed individually in all nomination districts in the multimember constituency may announce, for the relevant multimember constituency, that the party votes in the multimember constituency shall go to none of the party's candidates in the multimember constituency, cf. section 41a.

(5) In case of standing in parallel the candidates shall be elected in the order of the size of their votes, cf. section 81.
